The location was convenient. It was very close to a music venue. The staff were friendly and helpful (they were always smiling). The vegetarian breakfast had a very generous portion.

The room was basic. The shower leaked and was cold. Reporting the issue was difficult, as there was rarely anyone at reception. I also noted that the curtain was hanging off in my room.

The shower situation was ridiculous. it wasn't in a separate bathroom. It was basically at the doorway. plus, the shower leaked and the water was cold. barely anyone was ever at reception to report these issues. the curtain was also half off in my room. i don't get it. seriously...
